LUCK? (2)

Hello folks, I got a lot of feedback from friends about my take on luck and it was refreshing to read views from various backgrounds, please feel free to add yours.

Like I said in the first part of this post people don’t just get lucky by doing nothing, same way things don’t just happen, the happen for a reason, or a series of reasons and a healthy chunk of those reasons are from self- made efforts. I have heard arguments for and we can spend all year arguing about how much things are influenced by fate, circumstances, and how something’s are just plain out of one’s control and I agree, to an extent, let’s say 10% (okay, lemme be honest, it’s more like 2%) but I strongly believe that we as humans have a significant influence on what and how we do things in comparism to rabbits, ****aliens?****,……… (Please fill in the blank space).

Now that I have convinced you (yeah right) it’s easy to see how striving to put some effort into positioning ourselves to get lucky really works, worst case scenario? It helps.

Effort…. That’s where it all starts for me, wanna get lucky? Make that effort, do the necessary ( and the unnecessary at times), take that extra step, push a little more harder and it will seem that you are always lucky, at least that’s what others will say, ( you and I know better). Like they say, you can’t win the lottery if you don’t buy a ticket.
